4. Service Agreements and Consultations

Free Consultation

We offer a free 15-minute consultation call to discuss your child's needs and our services. This consultation is informational only and does not constitute a service agreement or guarantee of service provision.

Service Agreements

Formal ABA therapy services are governed by a separate Service Agreement signed between Advance Academy and the client (parent or legal guardian). That agreement contains specific terms regarding:

  • Session scheduling, frequency, and duration
  • Fees, payment terms, and cancellation policies
  • Consent to treatment and data collection
  • Progress reporting and communication
  • Termination of services

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.

5. Ontario Autism Program (OAP) Funding

Advance Academy is a registered Ontario Autism Program (OAP) service provider. We provide guidance on OAP funding as a courtesy to Ontario families. However:

  • We do not guarantee OAP funding approval for any family
  • Funding decisions are made solely by the OAP and AccessOAP, not by Advance Academy
  • Eligibility requirements and funding amounts are subject to change by the Government of Ontario
  • Families are responsible for ensuring their own OAP registration and compliance

Families in other provinces should check their provincial autism funding programs. Advance Academy does not guarantee funding availability outside of Ontario.
